Why?
I chose the Inquiry Project Summary and Giving Topic Proposal tasks from part one of the inquiry project as well as Revising Works Cited and Creating an Outline assignment because these were my favorite tasks we had to complete during this process. The Inquiry Project Summary essentially provided the reasons why I chose interest in my topic, general knowledge and background information, and a few facts to keep in mind. I felt that I could always refer back to this if need be if I needed to be reminded of the purpose of writing my paper as well as keeping me on track. I really enjoyed our short individual presentations when then class gave our topic proposals. I am a big fan of feedback and I truly appreciated the suggestions I was given because I was able understand what my audience demanded from me. Lastly, the outline portion of the Revised Works Cited and Creating an Outline was a personal favorite because I am a visual person and I have to see what I am working with and how I will go about things. I considered the outline to be a more detailed run-through of my literature review, which I also like constructing.
